This is no ordinary cactus. It is a masterpiece of nature, a rare variegated crested form of Mammillaria elongata, known to collectors as the Variegated Brain Cactus. Its undulating, brain-like folds are cloaked in a soft, velvety fuzz, creating a mesmerizing tapestry of deep emerald green and brilliant golden-yellow variegation.The "brain-like" growth is a rare phenomenon called cristation, creating a dramatic, undulating silhouette. Velvet Texture Covered in fine, golden spines that give it a soft, plush appearance, unlike any other cactus.

• Variegation color may vary slightly due to seasonal light/temperature (this is natural!).

Care Instructions 

• Light: Bright, indirect light; avoid intense midday sun to prevent scorching.

• Water: Allow the soil to completely dry between waterings. Reduce watering in winter to mimic its natural dormancy.

• Soil: Use a well-draining cactus mix (perlite, pumice, and coarse sand).

• Temperature: Protect from frost; maintain above 10°C (50°F) in winter.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept NO returns or exchanges but Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Shipping:

Our suggested shipping time is 2 to 4 weeks from the time order is accpeted. Due to the low temperature intolerant nature of Succulents and Cacti, severe cold weather will impact and prolong delivery shipping cycle time. 

Packaging: 

Shipped bare root to ensure safe transit. We carefully wrap the plant in tissue paper and secure it in a sturdy box.
